1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or engaging Kathir Technologies(“we,” “us,” or “our”) for digital design, web development, consulting, or maintenance services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our website and services.

2. Services & Scope of Work

Kathir Technologies specializes in custom web design, front-end and full-stack development, e-commerce solutions (Shopify, WooCommerce), Webflow builds, SEO optimization, and digital strategy.

Each project engagement is defined by an agreed-upon proposal, statement of work (SOW), or subscription plan detailing the scope, milestones, deliverables, and estimated timelines. Any requests outside the agreed scope may require a separate estimate and timeline adjustment.

3. Client Obligations & Approvals

To ensure timely delivery, the client agrees to:

• Provide all required brand assets, copy, logos, images, and credentials in a timely manner.
• Review deliverables and provide constructive feedback within the agreed review windows.
• Designate a primary point of contact with authority to approve milestones and sign off on project stages.

4. Intellectual Property & Ownership

Upon receipt of full payment for the completed project, all custom design assets, codebases, and deliverables created specifically for the client become the property of the client. Kathir Technologies retains the right to display the completed project, screenshots, and case studies in our portfolio and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed in writing via a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

5. Payment Terms & Invoicing

Project engagements typically require a deposit prior to commencement, with milestone payments structured according to the project agreement. For monthly retainer and subscription services, fees are billed upfront at the start of each billing cycle.

Invoices are due within the terms specified on each invoice. Work may be temporarily paused if accounts have overdue balances.

6. Warranties & Support

All completed web builds include a 30-day post-launch warranty during which we will fix any functional bugs or discrepancies from the agreed specifications at no additional charge. Ongoing support, new feature additions, and platform maintenance beyond the warranty period can be continued through a retainer or ad-hoc support engagement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kathir Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, our deliverables, third-party software outages, hosting downtimes, or loss of revenue.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India.
